is the name of a soon-to-be-launched art and literature magazine made by Jess Higgins and some comrades. We are double lucky and about quadruple enthused to announce that we have made contributions to a really amazing project and we are helping organise a party in its honour.
It will be the third BEAT UNHAPPENING on Monday 30th March at the DEAF INSTITUTE. It is free to attend. Former Bullies will perform live. There will be readings from some of the contributors. It will be your first opportunity to see and buy a copy of 'WE ARE YOUNG AND WE ARE TRYING' . There will be an exhibition with work from some of the contributors. There will be FREE mix cd's of BEAT UNHAPPENING's second hour long mix. If you make zines or artist books you will be able to bring them and sell or give them away at the book stall/mini zine-fest. Furthermore it will be FREE to attend, YOU ARE, and everyone you know is, INVITED and welcome.
